Hi there, I have made an online purchase for which I had to ask for a refund because the item never arrived. My merchant is not refunding me back, they keep saying that they have refunded me already but my money does not reflect in the credit history. It has been months me trying to get my money back from them, now they have even stopped responding back to my emails. I am filing this complaint in the hope of getting this resolved. They are frauds and fooling people around. Such websites should be reported. I need you to take an action and help me here. So, these people won’t be able to do it with any other innocent person.
