Dear Sir,
My parcel against tracking ID 772601425972 was scheduled for delivery today but it has not been delivered due to negligence of TCS delivery staff.
TCS Lalamusa staff is always very lazy and has never delivered on time. They always delay the delivery due to shortage of the delivery staff as they informed earlier. Please expedite my parcel as soon as possible.
