Subject: Recovery of Cheque Book
Dear Sir,
A serious complaint about HBL Main Branch DIKhan. With due respect sir, I applied cheque book requisition on 6th May 2017. Time to time (4-5 times) I am sending my Office Boys Mr. Nazir & Mr. Zulqarnain along with authority letter to collect my cheque book from HBL main branch. But every time they told me that cheque book is not received, yet.
At the last, yesterday Wednesday, 6th Sep 2017 I went to Bank and asked for cheque book. A lady sitting in HBL main branch named Ms. Komal told me that your check book was received but no one came to collect that cheque book, so we discard the cheque book.
I collect my account statement from 1 May 2017 – 30 Aug 2017. Deduction against cheque book was done on 11 May 2017 (Rs. 375/-). I showed this deduction to that lady and asked for cheque book. She told me the above mentioned statement again.
All this matter was discussed to Operation Manager Mr. Arshed but he said that you submit a new requisition for cheque book and charges of cheque book (Rs. 375/-) will be again deducted from your account.
Sir what is this??????? If my deduction against cheque book was done then cheque book is handed over to me or Rs. 375/- will be reimbursed to me. Please solve this problem and also one thing mention that the staffs of Main Branch HBL Opposite Haq Nawaz Park are not cooperative and their behavior regarding customer is not good.

Note: My Account statement, Cheque Book requisition slip, Authority letter for collecting cheque book and a new requisition slip (giving me this slip by Ms. Komal)for cheque book is attached for your reference.
