Dear Sir,
I have draw a salary advance loan of Rs. 368,000/- on 11-12-2015. When you released the loan you have deduct Rs. 4269/- as processing fee. This not a good manner, it is your duty to process it on your part, not on the part of the customer. Now the bank is deducting 50% interest on the stated loan monthly. At the time of loan, the bank official said that we will charged 16% interest per annum. but your bank is doing against this.
My account #187871000664-03. you may check the interest in installment of Rs. 15000/- per month.
Sir, I have write a letter to Governor State bank of Pakistan and make CC to CEO HBL of Pakistan.
So please recalculate my interest rate and revaluate my principal amount to this date.
