To whomever is concerned,
I submitted an application for a single Current a/c. Once i was informed that my account had been opened, i received a cheque book and debit card with the following account number: 0024407000247803 against my CNIC: 42401-5975960-3.
When i tried withdraw cash from the following account, my transaction was rejected. After contacting customer service, i was informed that the account was inactive. How was an account opened and made inactive is what i am confused about. And how was a card and cheque book provided to me for an inactive account? Such errors have caused serious issues for me so please resolve that at the earliest.
