signature to hbl manager gari khata branch Hyderabad (0089) prior to one and half month with posting order, specimen signature cards and other documents of previous account holders. I have completed all the requirements of account number3261-56 and title of account is “child welfare center”. Both manager and Mr Athar misguiding me and avoiding to accept specimen signature. I had given official letter regarding change if specimen signature but he refused to collect though he is bound by law to collect all official letters. He is still avoiding to change the specimen signature. Kindly make concrete actions against him and solve my official problem. Thanks
