ATM CARD RENEWAL
Sir, with due respect it is stated that i am account holder of u r bank with CNIC 35103-7343694-7 since long time.
My ATM was due to expire in 30/11/17 that i could not remember as ….client. my Mob no 0344-8480098 is available, why Bank ATM service staff did not inform me on mob by SMS for collection of ATM from respective Branch…………as well as if mail of ATM was not delivered due to some reason…..then what is use of Mob contact record.
i am unable to get my cash fm My account due to expiry of ATM.
So pl it is requested to issue the ATM specially to me on priority basis.
I shall be highly thankful for kind favour in this regard…
