Dear HBL Pakistan
As a customer its it’s very painful to me that when I visit HBL charsadd tehsil bazaar branch they are asking for my NIC photocopy for each transaction if I deposit are withdraw cash from my personal account.
Dear sir recently I came from abroad and there if you visit any office including banks they will asked original ID card check and return photocopies are not excepted for the security purposes even a fake person can bring CNIC photocopy. So please change this un necessary steps and apply the only original documents for account holders. On this kind of act I am going to close my account with HBL until you take any requaird action.
