My ATM card was booked by Bank Alfalah Ltd on Dated 16th January 2020. And Even i personally told tcs person to take care of my ATM card which will be arriving to your TCS Bahawalnagar Office. But they were Saying that No ATM is arrived till 4th of February 2020, when i personally Visited TCS office Bahawalnagar.
The Card was returned on 31st January 2020. I faced a lot of problem while i was in traveling. I could not access my Funds due to non availability of my ATM Card. Here is tracking number 810212016089 . I want to Know ,
1- Why my ATM Card was lying with TCS office for 15 Days?
2 – when i was asking them, why they lied to me that ATM Card is not reached to their office?
I want to know Reasoning for above mentioned issues.

TCS company is so unprofessional they are doing this to all customers I think at least bank should contact with other companies
