IGNORANCE OF MY MY MNOEY DEPOSITED AND MISTR RAWALPINDI-REHMANABAD
i have account in USD in mentioned above details and am abroad on mission job to somalia.i activated account in October 25th 2016.dealing person is MISS AMNA there.
My wife mst.Naeema Khalid was with me and lady BANK officer,AMNA gave some documents to sign from both of us to get my salary in absence of me my wife can get it draw from bank.
When my salary is sent through Kenya office they said BRANCH lady say you get back to send it through other sources like money changers not us-your salary went into some other account felt shocked it is 6800 /00 U.SDOLLARS not a less amount. This banks staff is astonishing am upset what to do.
She did not ask us to draw or deposit more money but I deposited some dollars to activate it.
Miss amna could not guide and handle client and also gave loss to BANK to get revenue for the bank.
I am also lodging complain to state BANK for your staff this ignorance if they deactivated my account they should send information via email or other sources. Shocked will you help me to do necessary action on your part please. we have deactivated your account
Will you give urgent feed back after the needful and tension I am facing in Somalia and my family severed caused.
body contacted me.ok secondly my wife approached the BANK and myself spoke to MR umer.what happened of my complaint about my wife was there and your officer AMANA got signed from her took her id card and said she can draw amount after you leave to Somalia.
this mater you treat as simple which i suffered a lot of terrible situation.i have to disturb my Kenya office to stop money.as your BANK staff said after we contacted the account is dormant.i know this was a partial side inquiry what action you have taken.you did not mention.check book was requested and money was drawn from my account how it was dormant with out notice of BANK informing me.it i was ignorance of your staff.
i got a lot of disturbance mental torture as my family could not get the money from my account.
secondly i disturbed my office Kenya telling whole story.what action you took should be intimated me accordingly to avoid further loss of time.
