Hello,
I am gonna register my complaint against TCS services, i am pretty sure in this country nothing has to happen. But anyway.
Lot of timed tcs delivered parcel to designated place (samahni ajk). But now tcs deliver parcel to bhimber and bhimber tcs instead to deliver designated place return to mirpur and mirpur tcs return it back, assigned place (samahni) Is just 30 km away from bhimber city. I hv two questions if tcs cannot deliver to home then why tcs take home delivery charges.?
If address is non deliverable then why they accept charges?
I have ideal tcs agent do not want to suffer themselves. They have trouble getting the parcel home. Tcs agents are totally irresponsible . Specially bhimber And mirpur office.
I have proves of delivery but now agents totally excuse.
If my application is visible for someone, and ready to take action against this service, i will fully cooperate.
