I am writing to complain about my recent order (Order No. 76467791).
My order was delivered after 1 hour, and the food was cold. Also, the Thai piece had blood in it, which was very disappointing and unacceptable. Because of this, I had to throw the food away and order from somewhere else, especially as I had guests at my home.
I also faced an issue with the rider. The total amount was 1471, but he charged me 4171. When I called him back, he returned and took 1471 again, but I have still not received my refund. I want to clarify that I do not have an issue with the rider, as mistakes can happen.
However, I am very disappointed with your customer service. When I called around 12:30, the representative did not listen properly and said that I was overreacting. He also told me that the refund will be processed tomorrow when the bank opens, which is not satisfactory.
I have been a KFC customer for a long time, but I have never experienced such poor service before.
I request you to please:
Investigate this matter
Refund my extra charged amount
Take action regarding the food quality and customer service
I hope you will resolve this issue as soon as possible.
