I am an employee in Quick Continental Hotel company Lahore. I had been issued business package number many years ago. I have used this number for many years under business package. Now I want to change the ownership of my same number from business to individual. I have been visiting jazz franchise on Thokhar Niaz Baig Lahore since more than two months. I have fulfilled all the requirements that the business centre asked for. I took an application, written in proper jazz template on my company’s letterhead with the signatures of the owner of my company. Moreover, I cleared my entire bills which were generated till date. I have even done my biometric thrice there. However, every time I visit the above mentioned franchise, they say the request has been sent to the relevant department and they are waiting for the approval. Last week they told me about one department’s approval and today they told me that they are waiting for the approval of the second department to change the ownership of my number and package. It is requested from the jazz authorities to look into this matter and speed up my approval process. In addition to this, it is suggested to change your policy of delaying queries of customers. You should timely address the issues and problems of customers. It is suggested not to make customers visit franchises for more than once to cater their problems. Their problems should be prioritised first and addressed immediately without making them wait and disturbing them.
