Dear Sir,
It is intimated that 8th installment of following plot were paid to HBL JPMC Branch Karachi on dated 4th Feb, 2016. vide cheque No. 5356237 bearing A/C No. 006500187720501 Amounting to Rs 180,000/= Rupees one hundred eighty thousand . Where as amount is shown in one voucher.
1. BTKP – UIT 4139 Paid Rs. 90,000/= vide cheque No. 5356237 dated 04 – 02 – 2-16 where as payment is not included in statement of Account (Surcharge Report)
2. BTKP – UIT 4110 Paid Rs. 90,000/= vide cheque No. 5356237 dated 04 – 02 – 2016, Payment included in the statement of Account (Surcharge Repot).
It is evident that payment was made in time, HBL voucher is also enclosed as ready reference.
Surcharge shown Rs. 2565/= be removed immediately
