Dear Concerned,
It is to bring in your kind attention that i opened an account at HBL Civic Centre Branch Rawalpindi but i had to go through distress on the hands of one of your employee named Ms Fareha. She not only refused to open my account on mere unknown basis but also made sure that i get tough time while opening my account despite constant requests on opening account she tried to stretch the procedure uptil 1 month. She refused the BM of the branch not to facilitate my case even my account title was created without my sir name which has caused great problem for me while making transactions since my name is incomplete. My other account at DHA-II branch has my complete name “AYESHA RAFIQ” while here my name on account is only “AYESHA”. Today i went again to get my number changed she again refused the BM not to change my number & asked the BM to let me submit the following documents:
– Salary slip ( last 3 months)
– House bill with address
-CNIC
I requested the BM that i work 9-5 cannot come every week like last time but despite my constant requests i was put down rudely by Ms FAREHA. We then had a heated argument . I have again lodged a behavioral complaint against her through helpline and email. I hope for facilitation. I have checked with helpline representative as well which clearly states that to get your number changed the branch only requires the original CNIC but perhaps it was Ms Fareha who complicated my case. Last time no one took action on my complaint i request you to probe into the matter and state facts since customers with an account maintenance of 5 million are sensible clients who need kind attention & facilitation. We follow and adhere to all SOP’s but we should be provided with the kind of facilitation a government bank is bound to give.
Sir, I humbly request you to take strict action since the BM has clearly told us that Ms Fareha is not obeying her orders and has refused to him multiple times on call.
