Dear Chief/Manager,
I had applied for my new vehicle registeration on 8th may 2021 in Multan Excise Deptt. Many months have passed but I didnt get my original car file. On contacting them, they provided me with car number plate and registeration card but didn’t provide me with car file. Paying multiple visits and asking for my original documents again & again they gave vague replies but ultimately Excise Department put this on TCS Deptt. and showed their receiving on 25th May 2021 as a proof, signed by Mr. Kashif of TCS Department. So, I contacted TCS office and payed so many trenous visits but this turmoil exercise wasn’t fruitful and finally Excise Deptt issued me a Notice of going against TCS Deptt Legally.
Sir, I wanted retrieval of my original car documents. In case of duplicate file I would suffer from devaluation of my car which isn’t an option here. It is requested that TCS office members’ unprofessional & irrespobsivle attitude should be addressed & strict action should be taken against responsible authorities, also retrieval of my original car documents should be assured immediately.
