I shipped a parcel on 27th of june and after thousand of calls that these guys did not pick, the parcel was finally received by my relatives in Hyderabad after 10 days. One of the products (perfume) was missing as someone broke the box and took out the product.There was a misrepresentation in this contract of shipment as the receipt states that parcel will be delivered on second day while it took 10 days. Also, there are items worth Rs 6000 that are missing.
