Assalam o Alaikum,
On 29th September 2022 I send a pair of Kaptaan shoes through Sage Chakwal and tbey did use M&P chakwal courier service to send it to Haripur with tracking number 151007847492. On Saturday 1st October the online status shows that the parcel has been delivered to Ali but on contacting Ali I found that parcel has not been received by him. I contacted the m)M&P Haripur office but they are saying they have delivered the parcel and they are not accepting their responsibility!That specific parcel was a gift and I am really upset and disappointed by M&P service because they did not delivered my parcel and not ready to accept their liability! Please let me know what happened to that parcel and to whome it has been delivered! That specific iten was a pair of Kaptaan Chappal by sage valued 4500 rupees which is not a big amount but the occasion was precious for me on which i want to gift it to one of my friend at Haripur! I will be waiting for your brief and kind response and hope that you will trace our what actually has happened, so , that the trust of customers will sustain on your company!
