Subject: Formal Complaint – Non-Delivery of Parcel No. PAR 16911165
Dear Sir/Madam,
Parcel No. PAR 16911165, booked on 19th May 2025 from Chakwal, has yet to be delivered. The parcel contains essential items intended for the award ceremony of APS Kashmor.
Due to this delay, the ceremony has been postponed three times, causing considerable inconvenience and disappointment for the students, faculty, and invited guests. Despite the urgency and significance of the contents, no satisfactory update or resolution has been provided.
An immediate investigation and expedited delivery are requested. If timely delivery is no longer possible, a clear explanation and appropriate remedial action are expected.
A prompt resolution of this matter will be highly appreciated.
