I booked tickets from ‘Bookkaru app’ in may, and cancelled due to a mistake in date of booking, and the amount was transferred to my Bookkaru Vault, but when I requested it to be transferred into my bank account back it was submitted successfully and the amount became zero in my Bookkaru Vault but it didn’t transfer to my bank account. However, their policy clearly claims that money can be refunded within 15 days. I wanted to talk to helpline again and again but they picked up the call just twice and said amount will be transferred within a week, but a whole month passed and it didn’t happen. Then I again wanted to contact them but they are not picking a call and replying with computer generated text on whatsapp that amount will be transferred in next week. But that week has not came since. 1.5 months have passed and they are not paying me my 10k rupees back.
