I booked 2 tickets on bookkaru app from skardu to Islamabad on 9 july 2025. But the buss got cancelled. I applied for a refund on 12th july 2025. But untill today 3 august 2025 i did not got my amount in account. I contacted the help center no but thet the refund will take about 15 days . It is already been 15 days but no refunds .be aware of this fraudulent app . Many people are claiming the same issue on the internet.
