Hi,I am Muhammad Ali and I live in Faisalabad. My complaint is that on August 01, 2025, I made a transaction from my HBL account through my HBL mobile app in the name of Naeem Electronics for 10700/-, which was deducted from my account, whose TXN ID 6711282017070801 was received through a message, while the amount sent to the account named Naeem Electronics was not received, regarding which I received a call from Naeem Electronics branch on August 07,2025 that you have not paid the installment, regarding which I immediately called the HBL helpline and registered my complaint, on which the representative said that your complaint should be resolved within 05 working days and a ticket number E 0708251045 was issued, which was received on August 15 through a message from the bank. That your complaint has been resolved, while on checking the account it was found that the money has neither been returned to my account nor transferred to the desired account of Naeem Electronics, regarding which I called the bank’s helpline again on August 16 and informed about the entire situation, on which the representative again issued a ticket number C 0160825053 and gave an ultimatum of 3 working days, but despite the passage of more days, my complaint has not been resolved yet, due to which the person is facing severe mental distress, while HBL banking claims to be number 1 in the world and to provide all the facilities to its customers, while the current reality is the opposite. I request you to resolve my complaint as soon as possible and further to tell me why my complaint has not been resolved despite the passage of so many days.
