My name is Abdul Jabbar, a resident of Moosa Kunbhar Colony, Umerkot. I would like to bring to your kind attention that the transformer of our area has been out of order for the last 10 days. Your staff had taken it away for repair/replacement, but till now neither has the transformer been fixed nor has any alternative emergency trolley transformer been installed.
It is worth mentioning that a transformer is already placed in Mangria Mohallah, yet our locality is still deprived of electricity. Due to this, we are facing severe difficulties in our daily lives.
Therefore, it is my humble request that you kindly ensure the installation of our transformer by tomorrow so that electricity may be restored in our colony without further delay.
