Logged complaint againat Mr Waqas at commercial market branch he rudely behaved and misbehaved infront of customer with me. I only visited to exchange my Vest size which was wrongly and mistakenly the staff Mr Waqas sold me. My actual size is Medium i purchased 2 piece of Vest pack 1 is Medium size which i used and now i see that size of other box is mentioned XL which is definitely not for me. I visited branch today at approx 01:07 pm and tell the issue to Mr Waqas but he respond me rudely that its not my fault its your fault to check the product now its company policy that exchange is not possible. I asked that its not my size so its usesless to me you take it and sale to other customer in very gentle manner but he asked to through in dustbin and then i through the box on floor ha left the branch but he continously misbehaved and ask not to come again. I am uniworth customer since 2005 but now i can’t used this product morw and also spread this pathetic behaviour to my all friends and family that boycott this product because they did not now the customer power and did not respect the customer who purchased there costly products and wasted there money and tone. I also logged complaint on helpline 042111789456
at 01:12pm and CSR give me the TAT of 48 working hours. I need strict acrion against the staff behaviour because Customer is King in customer handling department. Otherwise i will take legal action against branch and especially Mr Waqas against his non professional attitude.
