Hi iam employe or also called staff of e commerce first of all our supervisor is not capable or failed at delivering that such kind of work that should be done he is non experinced person and everday he abuse or make abusive enviourment activites with all junior staff he has no nothing what he is saying he just came and blah blah blah abuse or insult every single staff person a day and whenever it came to staff leavies company sheduled leaves or anual leaves he says noo from all of my staff side iam apeaking because if 2 or 3 staff person go against him he play politics like to call staff person improper sheduled and speak abusive and overtime with no payments and though this is not allowed from carrefour policy he has poor ablities zero 0 mangment experince how to perform regular sheduled he has no idea and in ramdan he say not go to outside ifar just work and no enough ifar is availble for us there is 3 platers for 6 person and also he thinks her own benifits not her junior staff he thinks like he own us whenever he wants he abuse he hurt our working abilities and play politics by sheduling duty if duty is 3 to 10 in ramdan he sheduled 2 to 9 because our working online orders application close at 10 but who ever came at 2 pm to 9 he off his duty extra 1.5 hours late because app is open he should need to work but carrefour policy is clear and not allowed to work overtime and didnt pay for it so why should we do and 1 thing more whenever we want leaves or any medical emegency he says noo kindly replaced or make a good mangement team that ensure our company polices and rights thank you it might be usefull ,
