This is a formal complaint regarding the unjustified delay in my refund for a ticket cancelled by the official representative of Faisal Movers approximately one month ago.
Since the cancellation, I have been consistently following up with Bookkaru to recover my refund. Initially, I was informed that due to internal technical issues, my refund request could not be generated. This explanation was given without any clear timeline or accountability. After repeated follow-ups, the refund request was eventually generated, and I was assured that the amount would be processed within 15 working days.
It has now been well beyond the promised 15 working days, and I have neither received my refund nor been provided with any concrete update, transaction proof, or valid justification for the continued delay. The repeated assurances without action reflect serious negligence and lack of professionalism in handling customer funds.
Holding a customer’s money for over a month without resolution is unacceptable and amounts to financial inconvenience and mental distress.
