I am writing to file an urgent complaint regarding unauthorized deductions from my JazzCash account made by your company. I have never subscribed to, authorized, or used any of your services.
Despite having no active subscription, a total of PKR 2,600 has been deducted from my account in multiple small transactions (e.g., PKR 200, PKR 400).
Please immediately cancel any backend subscription linked to my number and process a full refund of the deducted amount.

Please resolve this issue and reverse the charges within 24 hours. If the refund is not processed, I will be reporting these unauthorized transactions to JazzCash Fraud Control and the relevant state authorities.
