“I am writing to report a highly unprofessional incident that occurred today (Thursday, July 2, 2026, around 8:46 AM) at the Canal Filling Station (Shell, Canal Road, Lalpul, Mughalpura, Lahore). I was with my family when I asked the attendant at the very last dispenser—a normal-height guy wearing glasses—to fill Rs. 250 worth of fuel. He was extremely rude and claimed that their policy doesn’t allow fueling under Rs. 300. Despite paying, they short-fueled my bike; I didn’t even reach Mall Road before running out of petrol. It was incredibly stressful and embarrassing to be stranded with female family members due to this scam. Please take strict action against this staff member.
