I am Allah Wasayo, husband of Mrs. Irfana (CNIC: 41701-0652282-2).
My wife has never purchased, owned, or used any Jazz SIM. However, when we checked through the official 668 SIM Information Service, it showed that five (5) Jazz SIMs are registered against her CNIC without her knowledge or consent.
We have already visited the Jazz Regional Office Hyderabad, local Jazz franchise, and contacted PTA, but the issue remains unresolved. We were informed verbally to first get the SIMs activated through PTA before they could be permanently blocked. However, no written confirmation or effective solution has been provided.
Because of these unauthorized SIMs, my wife is facing serious difficulties, particularly regarding Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) verification and related government services.
We respectfully request Jazz Head Office to:
Immediately investigate this matter.
Permanently block and remove all unauthorized Jazz SIMs registered against my wife’s CNIC.
Ensure that her CNIC cannot be misused again for issuing any SIM.
Provide us with a written response and Complaint Reference Number after taking action.
