Dear HBL Team:
Please note I have complaint telephonically more than 5 times and one visit has been done at HBL Branch Gulshan e Hadeed Karachi but I have received any good response.
Please issue my problem as I am very disappointed from HBL call banking and your team service.
My issue is that on dated 13-July-2026 from my account 15531 is reserved by HBL team as I haven’t paid dues of readycash.
But after that I have cleared all dues of ready cash since one week ago so I have requested on your customer care and HBL Branch team that please release my hold/reserved amount (15531) .
So I am humbly requesting to you please close my issue .
