Subject: Complaint Regarding Sharing Package – Wrong Number Added
Dear Concerned Team,
I would like to raise a concern regarding the Sharing Package member-addition policy.
According to the current policy, if a wrong number is accidentally added as a Child Member and then removed, that slot remains locked for the remaining validity period of the package. This causes inconvenience to customers.
I request you to please introduce a facility that allows the customer to re-add a member or replace the wrong number with the correct number if a number is added mistakenly.
Even if the wrong number has already been removed, there should be an option to add the correct number again, at least once, during the package validity period.
This small change would greatly improve customer convenience and prevent customers from losing a member slot due to an accidental mistake.
Kindly review this policy and provide a suitable solution.
