Unauthorized Daily Deduction from JazzCash – Khalif Technology (Pvt) Ltd
Respected Sir/Madam,
An amount of approximately Rs. 70 is being deducted daily from my JazzCash account (03071666644) under the name Khalif Technology (Pvt) Ltd.
I do not recognize or knowingly authorize this recurring subscription/service. The service is also not visible in my JazzCash application, therefore I am unable to cancel or manage it myself.
I have already contacted JazzCash Helpline 4444, but the issue has not been resolved and the service has not been cancelled.
I request PTA to kindly investigate this third-party service/subscription, verify how it was activated and whether my valid consent was obtained, and take appropriate action to ensure that the recurring deductions are stopped.
I also request investigation of the amounts already deducted and guidance regarding refund, where applicable.
Please register my complaint and provide me with a complaint/reference number.
