my cell no.+923006362466. legal notice for my complaint. attention to G.M and owner of jazz/mobilink=my monthly internet,call,sms etc packge was up to june 1st or 2nd. on 22 may suddenly cell phone indicated no.balance ,surprised but i got charged a package. after one or two calls again cell indcated no ,balnce. .much surprised i sms on 706 and then 7000 as directed by cell phone via sms displayed on screen.i again subscribed an other bundel/packge after amount deduction of 73 rupees from the gain amount of 650 ruppees. so due to this i made a complaint the representative asked and admitted all the true facts after checking the cell fone record that a supervisor shall sove and adjust me by call center no,301; the supervisor admitted but stated that the charges of ring tones digested my internt packges. but this was first time since 2004-5. how my internet bundel+calls and sms pakges was early stoped before the given day of ist or iind june,i,e22 may.the fist packges was activated how after activation of packges the same was abolished after few hours.then othe pakge was installed after gaing 650 ruppes but packge shoed the amount 577. meaning that 73 rupees were :Harraped:. AFTER MANY COMPLAINTS MY ISSUE IS NOT SOLOVED REVEALING THAT THE JAZZ COMPANY IS NOT ONLY THE COMPANY BUT SHOWING POWER OF LOOTERS WITHOUT SOLOVING ISSUE WHICH IS EASLY SOLOVEABLE AND ADJUSTABLE . SO IF NOT THEN I SHALL MUST GO IN THE COURT OF LAW WITH ALL MY CLAIMES WITH ALSO REQUESTING FULL AUDIT OF THE COMPANY.THANKS QASWAR
