DEAR SIR
it is to inform you with concern that my pension is credited in my account with you regularly,being a retired officer pension amount is of paramount importance for me as there is no other source of income .This has been the third time that without intimation an amount is deducted and on asking it was informed that it was an installment of a previous loan .It is worth mentioning here that my loan had already been finalized 3 months back .No installment was and is due on me .During my 5 years of loan tenure i was never informed even a single time that how much loan is left to be recovered or otherwise.If this is the state of affair with your dealing with costumers than very sorry to say its pathetic.As a costumer its my right that the bank must inform me before deduction of any amount out of my account and i have all the rights to complaint against ACBL in BANKING COUNCIL ,but i am and will not do this because i am an Army Officer and bank has a deep relation with my institution.Please look into my complaint seriously and refund the deducted amounts back into my account on TOP PRIORITY .
