Assalamualaikum,
I purchased an Infinix Note 60 Pro Plus mobile on installment from Afzal Electronics Sargodha Branch.
My monthly installment amount is Rs. 11,675.
This month I am unable to pay on the exact due date due to financial issue or salary not yet received.
I personally went to the Branch Manager and requested him to please allow me to pay 2 installments together next month along with late fee. But the BM refused and said
“only current installment will be accepted”.
Now the Recovery Officer is calling me daily and harassing me to pay immediately,
threatening to block my device.
I am willing to pay 2 installments together next month + late charges.
I request Afzal Electronics Head Office to please approve this and stop the harassment.
Please do not block my device as I am a genuine customer and will clear dues.
