Dear TCS Management,
With Due respect but very pathetic experience with very Professional company TCS.
I booked a parcel ( Khalifa Khati 4KG). Dated 18 May 2022 Tracking Number 40606533246 Purpose of booking to deliver the same to person who was in Attock and going to Canada will bring the same for my friend who is already in Canada.
Dated 19 May 2022, when I inquire parcel didn’t received to the concern Person Mr. Sheikh Maqsood, then I came to know same was delivered at wrong city same was delivered at Rawalpindi instead of Attock. Then I launched a complaint Dated 19 May 2022. Complaint Number is 5384102. I requested please deliver the same 9am.
When I checked the same Today Dated 20 May 2022 to Mr. Sheikh Maqsood I replied that he didn’t receive it yet and then he left for his flight for Rawalpindi to Canada.
Then I once again called TCS and informed the situation and requested please revert back the shipment to Lahore. Because the purpose of this shipment is now finished due to your negligence.
Representative told me pls launch a complaint at What’s App. Then I start the chat at same forum. Ms Saima Asked me pls share your CNIC pic and Tracking receipt and she assure me your complaint has been launched and your parcel will be revert back to you by 1 or 2 working days.
Today at 6pm I received the below mentioned message from Your TCS Side.
Dear Mr. WAQAR AHMAD, your request is resolved, shipment # 40606533246 has been delivered on 20-May-2022 at 13:20 hrs received by SHAH MUHAMMAD. Thank you for using TCS.
Once Again I call and re launch once more to complain and also register the same at what’s app forum Also.
Today my whole day was wasted with follow up, And all in vain. Very Pathetic and non professional staff, Every time facing the blenders form TCS Side. After one blander Another Blander is waiting for your side rather than a solution.
