Agent who is sitting in your power house branch at 20/11/2021 6.45 pm have very rude in behavior doesn’t have any customer dealing sense I visited to ask about my consignment which has been returned same day I show him my training I’d but he didn’t even watch it and said call on helpline they will provide you status about his shipment my system timing is 6 pm now system has closed at the same time on web site I check my tcs shipment training stats if we can check this 24/7 how can’t they. Kindly warn him to correct his behavior towards customers.
