Dear Sir/Mam!
I, Roll No BO414333 reg no 17PKR06879 Muhammad Saleem have changed my examination centre from Assistant Controller Examimination Lahore vide changed code 8484 dated 21 Nov 2019.
Centre was changed from centre no 130 Govt post graduate College Pattoki to Centre no 68 Isalamia boys college archer road Quetta for two course code (0436, 1424) BA (Gen Gp).
But marks was not include in result.
It was mentioned that reappear in course code 1424 and 0436.
Please check the record and correct the result.
I roll no bo414333 reg no 17PKR08679 Muhammad Saleem was apeared in course cod 0436 and 1424 in examination centre 68 Isalamia College for boys Archer Road Quetta but result was not include in final result.
Therefore it is requested that please check the record from centre no 68 and include the marks of above mentioned course codes. And correct my result card, please.

My examination centre was changed from centre no 130 to 68 (gov’t post graduate college pattoki to Islamia boys college Archer Road Quetta) vide# 8484 dated 21 November 2019.

Sir I was appeared in both exams but result was not include in result sheet.
Reappear was mentioned against both above mentioned course codes. sir answer sheet no of corse code 1424 is 8703573. Therefore, it is requested that please check examination record from centre no 68 and forward my correct result.

Sir my roll number is CE631727 and my registration number is 14PKR05879.I have appeared in m.ed autumn 2021 final exam and in my result there have been no mention the result of my codes 827and 829 . kindly revise me result i shall be very thankful to you.
It is requested that the marks of the assignment are not included in my result, due to which I have failed in this subject even though I have informed the tutor and also I have the receipt, please update my marks.
