Dear Sir,
In spite of repeated complaints to the cantt telephone exchange, but nobody is bother to respond us.
that the exchange personnel told us that the land lord is not allowing the access to MDF room to restore the lines.
Sir with due respect it is your responsibilities to provide the services we are paying to the telephone charges to the PTCL not to the land lord hence the services providing responsibility is PTCL not up to land lord.
We are your corporate client since last 35-years. please do needful our eight direct lines are out of order since March 2018.Can you imagine how can we survive ?
