I recently booked ticket for my parents using Airblue website and paid via credit card. Website showed that officer may ask for the card that is being used for the payment. So I gave my mother my credit card just in case if they ask and she can show it.
I dropped my parents off to the airport and before the boarding my mom called that we are here at boarding and can not do it unless you bring your CNIC photocopy, i was furious. I had to return back to the airport in hurry, get a photocopy of my NIC and then went to the departure and ask the security guard at the door to hand the photocopy to my parents. Only then they allowed my parents to do boarding.
What a rubbish and ridiculous service ! why are you even bothering to take online booking if you don’t have educated staff that can understand what credit card is and how payment is made and mostly it is for parents and family members, its 1 out of 3-4 times that person travels himself.
Air blue and their customer service really sucks bad, don’t use them.
