Dear Sir/Madam Re: Lost luggage at Islamabad Airport via Emirates Air line I was travelling from Islamabad (Pakistan) to Manchester (United Kingdom) via Dubai UAE through Emirates Air line on 13 March 2015, (see attached ticket) When I was on the Emirates Air line check in counter one person came to me from AL International cargo and said if you have got extra luggage do not send it through the Air line company they charge too much , we can send your extra luggage very cheap and quick, you will get your luggage within 3 days you don’t need to pay any money till you gets your cargo. Near Check in counter inside in Islamabad Airport at AL International cargo mini Rome office I booked my 25 Kg suitcase for cargo. In the small room they weighted my suitcase, took my details ie name , address, copy of my passport etc and issued me a receipt. (see attached) When I reached UK after 3 days I spoke to Al International office they told me that your suit case is in UK and will be delivered any time, I waited few days but no Cargo news, I contacted them again and they told me that your suit case is gone to another country by wrong labelling, after this I tried several times emailed them several times but they did not provide me with a satisfactory answer. My cargo is still missing. Every time I contacted them they came with different answer. I am not satisfied that they are running a genuine business, I am sure that their intention from day one was not to deliver my suit case to me but to sell items from my suit case whatever they can sell and make money out of it. They made this profitable business by doing this to the innocent client I heard from few other people that the same thing happened to them or there were items missing from the suit cases. I am not going to set back and do nothing I want the answers to my questions. I had around $3,000 (three thousand US dollar) worth of items in my suit case I want a satisfactory answer to my question, What is happened to my suit case and where it is now?
