I visited Aldo- Dolmen Mall Clifton, Karachi and picked a shoe. I requestd for the fresh pair as one piece (left side) was dull in color and shinning due to unknown reasons but that was the last piece available at the store.
I did not take interest in buying the shoe for Rs: 16291( PKR) with a defect in colour so the floor manager convinced me and insisted to buy the shoe. I told him I would come back with my sibling or mother and then would decide whether I should buy it or not but the floor manager convinced me to purchase it and committed if your brother or sibling or any family member is not satisfied with the show. I will get this back. Same thing happened and I visited store for other shoe as I needed it for my brother’s ring ceremony held in the next week but could not find anything at Aldo. I then requested them to refund me as committed becuase I was not buying the shoe at first. They said please keep your shoe and receipt with us and we will contact head office for the same and will deposit the money back to your account. I have been calling them multiple times again and again but there is no response. The manager named as ‘Narmen’ blocked my contact number and now I am unable to reach them.
I live in Sukkur and the store is located in Karachi. It’s 8hours away from Sukkur.
I never expected a well known brand like Aldo to treat the customers in this way. I an really very disappointed with the behaviour.
Kindly do the needful in this case.
