Ali Baba and Ali baba express, sell online products and they claim on their site that they ensure the payment of Customers are safe and no fake products are supplied. For this reason Ali Baba website emphasizes on “Trade Assurance” certificate to tell customer that their payment is safe.
But this is all fake. As there are many fake chinese companies on Ali Baba, who have got Trade Assurance and good ratings from Alibaba but who are cheating the customers.
I ordered a product from “Xian Zelong Biotech Co Ltd” on Alibaba. But they company sent me fake product and when I asked them to return payment, they said they will and delayed the return by claiming that their company was on Chinese holiday or their CEO was traveling. When more than 1 month passed the company refused to return payment and stopped communication.
When we complained to Alibaba they said that the trade assurance was only for one month and they cannot help.
But the worst is that the people working at Ali Baba start pretending that they dont understand english as soon as you complain to them and then they start delaying your complaints.
On top of that the Ali baba website for registering complaint and finding resolution is so complex that most customers cannot even complete it or follow its directions.
Therefore all Pakistani’s are asked to stay away from Ali baba and Ali baba express.
It may be mentioned that Daraz is not owned by Ali baba and already Daraz has become one of the biggest complaint generator over here
