Purchased Item: Data Frog Android Controller 2.4 G Wireless Gamepad

I had purchased a wireless gamepad through Aliexpress. The gamepad proved defective. Randomly, it loses its connection with PC. I raised a dispute. On seller’s request I uploaded a video as evidence. The seller agreed that receiver of the gamepad was faulty. Seller requested me to cancel dispute and she would send me a new receiver as replacement. Meanwhile Aliexpress gave judgement of the dispute to “Return goods and get refund”.
Because the seller had agreed to send me a new receiver as replacement, so as a good gesture I didn’t send the item back. Seller informed me that she had sent me a receiver as replacement. She provided me a tracking number of the shipment which proved to be fake later. I complained to seller that there is no tracking update since more than a month. She asked me to keep on waiting. The shipment did never arrived till today.
I have contact Aliexpress through live chat countless times. every customer care Rep of Aliexpress ensured me every time that they would contact the seller on my behalf and ask her to settle the dispute.
The seller didn’t give any importance to Aliexpress’ emails.
The seller is very obstinate, stubborn, non-caring, careless, non-professional, non-supportive and a big liar too.
She asked me to provide paypal account for refund. I told that paypal isn’t operating in my country. I said to process refund to my credit card. She denied. I requested to send me a replacement. She rejected every idea and thus refused for a refund as well as a replacement – very sad and unfortunate behavior
Sad to see that Aliexpress didn’t take any action against the seller. Aliexpress should have sent the seller a notice and a warning to adhere to customer satisfaction rules which Aliexpress didn’t do.
Aliexpress’s chat help is just useless to resolve any dispute. It may please be shut down to save organization’s resources.
I feel extremely fed up to see such poor response from Aliexpress. They tend to provide relaxation to their sellers instead of the buyers.
I am so sick of this case that I have decided to never buy anything from Aliexpress as they least bother to resolve such genuine issues as of mine.
Seller should have been emphasized to either full refund of my paid amount or send a whole new set of gamepad+receiver as a replacement.
I feel myself to be stupid to buy from a foreign outlet. I should have preferred sellers of my own country. Silly me
