we have sent obc through tcs rawalakot amounting RS 6290and 4040 on 31-12-2019 through tcs to ABL Main Br Mirpur,consignment no 70612736947 and 70612736948 ,but still not delivered at given address (ABL MAIN BR MIRPUR)We have lodged complain dated 14-01-2020 to their head office complaint no (3338740,3338745) rawalakot office but no response yet,after consuming of time we contact with TCS office br Rawalakot he replied on phone call your shipment has mistakenly lost by us .in this regard you are requested to please investigate the matter and solve the issue on periority.as you now we deal with public and lost of instrument by your end not only to face embaracement as well as also loss our bank repute ,Hope full issue will be resolved early ,
