I’m writing this to you inform you that it has happened several times but this time it was a very important document. Last Friday on 7th December 2018 at 5:36 pm I called your service center for picking up a courier on Saturday and also provided them our company official account number and your rider name and number but still your rider was not hear for receiving of the courier on Saturday and this created a very big issue for our company. And the other issue which we are facing is the number which your rider provided to us in case of an emergency is of no use for us because it always remains switched off.
I would request you to take this email into consideration and take necessary steps. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If I do not hear from you within 2 days I will file complaint in your TCS head office.
