I m writing this to convey my concerns about highly irresponsible and rude response from manager named Mr.Arshed of Askari Bank branch, okara cantt. I had a query related to my account balance and subsequent withdrawl of some amount for which i was told that they would clear me in 10 to 20 mins. By now about, 30 hours have passed and there is no response from the bank. I m calling their branch number which is not being attended by anyone. I have made almost 20 calls to the branch manager on his cell no which he didnot bother to attend at all, instead he sent me a presaved text that i m on another call and will call u back. I now feel so unfortunate and cursed that i got my account opened in Askari bank. This is not for the 1st time or i am not the 1st one to have such opinion of misconduct by staff but its quite a normal practice by them.
I have been trying to reach out Askari helpline and mohtasub bank also but in vain. Through this forum, I want to draw attention of concerned stake holders to take a note of this observation and take necessary measures at priority.
