With due reverence and veneration I Mian Tauqeer Adnan CNIC. 3830259158111 supplicat following few lines for ur kind consideration and favourable action plz. During cash withdrawal from HBL ATM located at main gaurdroom PAF Base Masroor my ATM card of NBP against my NBP account No.4061756201 was captured at around 1630 Hrs dated. 26th Oct, 2017. Furthermore, I am posted out from PAF Base Masroor and will be unable to collect my ATM card after two days. Keeping in view the above mentioned fact my ATM Card may please be retrieved at the earliest and handed over to me by hand, if there is a possibility or may be dispatched to NBP Baranch No 0032 PAF Base Masroor Mauri Pur.
