Today I visited Green valley, Mall of Lahore. there I used my HBL ATM card on HBL cash Machine. Unfortunately,that machine was not in order and consumed my ATM card. I wait for 30 minutes but machine do not through out my card. there was no bank official there neither contact no contact number was there for guidance under such circumstances. I am account holder of HBL, CIVIL LINES, Lahore. If my cash will be theft due to bad management of HBL I will go for legal and social actions because this is all due to poor and unplanned management.
