Detail: Sir I have applied for ATM card but after 2 weeks i have unable to get concerning areas are not attaining my phone call.plz look in to matter.and resolve my issue
With reference to my complaint about issue of ATM i have registered request by phone to banking representative and he assured me that my ATM has been send to concerned branch but when i contected branch and i was informed that there is no release of my ATM.For the last 20 days i have been contentiously making calls to call center but every time i have been cheated by saying that all phone lines are busy till now.
I have made how many calls it can be checked and verified by HBL system.
Now i am going to register case in court against HBL for this frude and cheating.With in few days HBL will receive legal notice.
